How to Return an Item

  1. For registered customers: Login to your account and click on Online Return Request on the left. Select the order and complete the form. Click Submit Request.
  2. For orders placed as a guest: Go to Online Returns and enter your order number an email address.
  3. Check your email address for a notification that your request has been approved. Please allow one business day for an approval.
  4. Click on the link provided in the email to access a printable packing slip.
  5. Pack item(s) carefully and include your packing slip and ship to the address provided. For your own protection, please use trackable shipping.
  6. Include payment information if you are returning item(s) in exchange for something that is of greater value than the returned item(s), including your credit card number, expiration date, security code and the name shown on the card.
  7. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Please note:
  1. Returns are accepted for undamaged items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Returned merchandise over $175 is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  3. The customer is responsible for shipping the return back to us.
  4. We are not able to refund shipping unless it is a mistake on our part.
  5. For orders that received promotional free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping those items from the original order.
