Wilton Armetale is excited to present the American Artisans™ series. The series will showcase new and undiscovered talent of craftsmen and women across the country. Not just for alternative metal fans, the series will span many mediums and styles. For more than 105 years creativity and innovation have been the flagship of Wilton Armetale.

Wilton Armetale is very proud to introduce Chris Chubb, their first featured "American Artisan". Chris has shown nationally via juried exhibitions as well as "invitation only" shows. Among his many accolades, Chris was awarded "Juror's Choice" at the prestigious "Strictly Functional Pottery National" where there were 1500 entries from 50 states and only 90 were chosen. At the "Emerging Artists" show he was one of nine selected at the Vermont Clay Studio. The show was for young artists, undergraduate and graduate students.

Chris now focuses on the retail market and concentrates on getting his flower vase production off the ground.

Chris' pottery is completely handcrafted in white stoneware. Chris is a graduate of Millersville University in Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Camp Hill, PA. Chris works from his studio and occasionally teaches classes for a local art association.
