Lladro - Utopia Collection

The Lladro Utopia collection was created to honor the works of the Lladro brothers by introducing a new classic collection of sculptures based on the best-sellers designed exclusively by the three brothers in their early beginnings.

For this 18-piece collection, both generations, the three brothers and their children, worked together to select and define the sculptures. They browsed through the old original designs and drawings from early years and combined them with the new designs and approaches of the new generation. The end result of this exclusive collection is the utmost artistic perfection of the sculptures, telling stories in a universal language.

Utopia is conceived as an ideal, magical paradise we all dream of. That's why these 18 pieces represent a new celebration of the purest feelings: love, friendship, motherhood, protection, and fantasy. All of them reflect the unique style created by Lladro artists, a concept of delicate, evocative beauty that on some occasions showcases a totally new aesthetic. This is the case of Harlequin and Menina, in which there is a notable tendency towards more contemporary geometric forms. Other pieces, like Playful character and Romantic feelings, are reminiscent of Lladro's more traditional style, one that has made its figurines so well loved.
