Botanic Garden Meadow Saffron (Colchicum) Dinner Plate
To commemorate and celebrate the life and works of Susan Williams-Ellis, Portmeirion have re-issued a plate and motif from the original collection of six dinner plates from the world renown Botanic Garden dinner service. Packaged in a presentation case, the 10.5" Meadow Saffron (Colchicum) dinner plate is being offered as a worldwide limited edition of 6,000 pieces and features a special commemorative backstamp.
A best seller during its time, the colourful Meadow Saffron was also one of Susan's personal favorites. Portmeirion therefore felt it the perfect design to re-introduce as a limited edition celebrating the life and creativity of its founder.
