Lladro Warrior Boy. Limited Edition of 3,500 units
Lladro has drawn inspiration from traditional Japanese culture to create Warrior Boy ("Waka Musha").
The Lladro "Waka Musha" expresses both strength and elegance, with highly refined decoration in the traditional armor, and a charming expression on the boy's face. The wealth of detail makes this piece a little masterpiece to commemorate "Tango no Sekku", and one that can be passed down from generation to generation.
Looking at both Warrior Boys, we notice that the boy depicted is the same, his face and the size of the piece are the same. The most visible differences between both pieces are the shape and color of his armor (the former piece painted in grey while on this occasion it has blue and green tones) and the attributes he is carrying (in the former piece a bow and arrows, and in this one a fan or pai-pai and a sword).
