It is reminiscent of the famous bald eagle or American eagle. The bald eagle is not actually bald but gets its name from the striking coloring of its head, whose white feathers contrast sharply with the predominantly brown tones of the rest of its plumage. Both male and female have identical colors in the main part of their body and the white of the tail. The large beak is yellow, as are its feet and irises.
Glazed porcelain. The plumage on the eagle's head and neck and the feathers on its tail are decorated in white. The rest of its body is decorated in different tones of brown and ocher. With a plumage minute detail, the underside of the feathers on its wings are also decorated with touches of white. Worth noting is the yellow color of the beak and the feet and the black of its claws. Enamels are used on the branch on which it is perched. 19" H x 22.5" L
