With fall now in full swing, many may feel inspired by the season and in search of ways to incorporate it into their home. A great solution is to create a fall centerpiece. A centerpiece is the perfect way to decorate your table when it is not in use, or to complement your table during your next dining occasion. During the fall months, there are endless possibilities for resources to use, as this video demonstrates so beautifully.
What I like most about this video is the simplicity of incorporating fall into a decorative centerpiece or place card holder. By using simple fall flowers and foliage, you can create wonderful pieces that are sure to impress your guests. Not to mention, it can all be done on little to no budget! I particularly enjoyed the segment on creating place card holders out of little pumpkins and gourds, as well decorating votive candles and actually adding fallen leaves to your tabletop. Fall china can also be a great complement to your festive table. Franciscan Apple and Spode Woodland are among our favorites. These two patterns, though very different, can each offer excellent accents to your theme. Whatever your taste, I hope you are able to enjoy the fall season this year and even bring a little bit of it into your home!
